Completey opposite experience than those mentioned.    2004 I sold 15 unit apartment building in San Diego.  Carried 2nd TD note of  six figures from Vietnamese nail salon owner who was buyer.  She was very difficult person.  Defaulted on payments.  Threatened BK.  Thought it was a loss, and bad deal.  Zenith took over problem, processed all paperwork, rescued and received all funds due plus penalties for very low and reasonable fees. Avoided all headaches, anxiety, personal contact and problems, with very happy results.  Would have spent 10X more for expensive attorneys, and couldn't have been better result.  I was pleasantly surprised and rewarded by using their service. I thought it was very good - professional, efficient, and unbelievably inexpensive.Looking forward to working with them again.

If you need to collect debt, they might be useful. Because their tactics are screaming and yelling to scare people to co-operate. I have two accounts with them over the years because my partner has been their clients. One time my partner and I were at their office for a business, we suddenly heard Dana yelling, screaming and shouting at an older gentleman at the next office, we had to stop what we were doing at her mom's office, mom Judy proudly nodded her head at all the commotion. I did not hear a sound from the older gentleman. Later we walked out of their office at the same time the gentleman walked out and I saw an older woman sat outside solemnly waiting... Not long ago our joint account had an issue because half of the note could not be collected from our client. My partner and I met yesterday over a breakfast after the issue has been worked out. My partner suggested me to sue them for malicious slander. Instead of working on their incompetence to perform their job, they stirred the pot between the partners with all the false information.If you use them as a collecting agents, watch the numbers carefully, I found mistakes. If any issue comes up with the business, they blame you or someone else or stir the pot to cover their butts.They claim "Professional Services". Really?
