WOW!!!! I just have to say that it has been a great journey working with Iris! She has nothing but positive vibes! She was referred by a friend and honestly I dont regret a single thing only that shes a Dodgers fan. Lol .. we were a first time buyers & she guided us in the right path. Thanks Iris! Iris is AMAZING! She was so available for texts or calls throughout the entire process of looking for/purchasing our first home. She had a lot of insight and advice for every step of the way. We were able to text her links to houses we wanted to look at and she made sure to plan an entire day with scheduled showings of each house on our list. Iris stayed SO positive and reassuring the entire time, even when I was starting to lose hope in finding a home I liked in our budget. Luckily, the morning we went to go look at homes I saw a new one come on the market that I really wanted to see. Iris was able to get in touch with the listing agent and squeeze it in for the last house we saw that day! It was PERFECT and we KNEW it was the one for us. She went home got straight to work making sure we had the strongest offer possible and was working till past 9PM to get it submitted ASAP. She gave us tons of ideas on how to make our offer the most appealing and it WORKED!! She was in constant contact and communication with us and the sellers listing agent throughout and has even been helping us find a new tenant for the rental we had to break lease at to avoid any extra expenses! Iris has really become a part of our family. She has worked so hard for us and treated it as if it was HER in the buying seat. She laughed, cried, and CELEBRATED with us! She made our first and hopefully forever home purchase a breeze. I trust Iris so much, I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. When my kids buy homes one day I will be sending them to her!
