I just sold my second house with the help of Cristine Clark and her team from Real Estate Executives in Vista, CA. Once again, I could just sit back and relax, while she and her assistant Tiffany took care of everything, always looping me in every step of the way. This time, it was a shortsale, and thanks to her great knowledge of the market, we had already 3 offers after the first weekend, one for $30,000 over asking price!
