We had the opportunity to rent a home through Prime Properties and Ramona. Anything we needed fixed happened within a few days. We can't thank her enough for having us rent one of her properties and hope to be in contact with her again in the future.

I would be very wary of doing business with this company. Unprofessional to a fault. I wanted to fill out an application to rent one of their properties, and was told that I had to physically drop it off at their offices. This was kind of unheard of, as everybody else does this kind of stuff online. But anyway I went to the address on the application and it was a post office box. So then I drove to the address on the second set of documents they sent me, and it was the wrong address. Made two phone calls without hearing back for more than an hour. Turns out they don't have an office. Yet they told me to go there and drop off documents. Says a lot about what kind of property managers they would be.

Beware Beware Beware!!!! Ramona Ogden should be losing her real estate license for the things she does! She gave me a huge list of things to fix or do for her before our move out, only to discover she planned the whole time to keep our $6000 deposit! How this woman sleeps at night is beyond me, but if this review can keep one person from renting a home from her, then I will feel I protected someone from her. Right now, just finding a rental can be tough, they are in such short supply....so she will continue to get away with her bad behavior. Unless enough people she swindles report her to the California Dept of Real Estate...if she fears losing her license perhaps she won't be so quick to continue to be a thief!OK, you've been warned! If you rent from her just know you'll be kissing your deposit goodbye!

This is the worst property management company I have ever experienced. The first two years were great. However, the 3rd year my house was infested with rodents. After 4 months of Ramona calling the same pest control company that wasn't taken care of the problem to come out. I had to move out, for a month in a half. She filed a unlawful detainer case against me. I prevailed on the first case. And, tried to come to an agreement with her on my court fees, but was unsuccessful. She then filed another unlawful detainer on me. (2 in three months). The homeowner hired a different attorney, who bombarded me with motions. And, I lost the case. I tried 25 times in three months to settle the case, but Ramona wouldn't accept my rent. She then evicted me with my 11 year old daughter inside the house at the time. She was ruthless, and vindictive. Wouldn't even allow me to get my things out of the house. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REAT OF MY BELONGINGS. I have never encountered such a unhappy and angry woman. Please stay away from this company. She's only out for herself and will do whatever it takes to cover her ass. Even when she knows she's wrong.
