    I prefer this location over the other one. The one next to jcpenney has some really rude people. After leaving the store and walking around the mall I saw this TMobile. Why are there two of you there? Well I thought I would give you guys one more try and so glad I did. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel great about my purchase. Go to the T-Mobile by Macy's! It's WAY bigger making it easier to social distance.

    I was dreading going after work. Figured it would be busy with 2 staff members to help a whole store. I was wrong. Walking in I was greated with 4 very kind employees ready to help me. An associate named Calvin helped me. This person was amazing!!! All I said was "I recently found out my Netflix account wasn't linked to my phone number so I have been paying for it for over a year. Customer service offered to compensate me if I go into a T-Mobile store to show proof with my phone." After showing proof of I.D. to access my account Calvin was able to access my Netflix account and see all the information needed. Calvin then repeated back to me what I had just said making a memo/note in my account. So I didn't have to do anything but stand there for 4 or 5 minutes while Calvin explained step by step the actions be taken. Thanks to Calvin I will only be going to this store in the future. My experience with Calvin is the definition of GREAT QUALITY customer service. Thank you Calvin for taking the time to provide the best customer service!

    I needed a screen protector to activate my new phone that was replacing my old broken one. I wanted to get the screen protector and then activate the phone so that I wouldn't go off and break it like I did the last one. Makes sense, right? Actually seems a bit smart, no? Well My insurance was supposed to cover it so I went there physically to get a screen protector. They wouldn't order me one but suggested I go to a different store and try looking there because my phone was like two models behind the current standard. So then, being the end of the day, I wait till the next day to call the other location. They simply direct me back to this location at the mall and tell me I have to order with them. So on Sunday I call this location and they tell me I have to go in physically to order the screen protector. Whatever the policies or regulations are.... I was already there. It made no sense. They sent me away but I was there physically. So then I call and speak to the most rude guy ever. He hangs up on me after giving me the customer service line number, after I told him to slow down because I was getting a pen. He hung up on me and I called back and person that answered denied that it was them, but later , he went on to defend himself in the conversation. They lied about not being who they were. They insisted that they were the manager. They need to be fired. This location is horrible and the little contact I've had with them- Whoever the manager is at this location- really needs to be working in a place where they get the same disrespect giving right back to them that they give out to the people they're supposed to be helping. Horrible. Liars, rude employees, and inconsistent support.
