Beautiful complex. Pricilla at the office building is such an angel and super helpful. The maintenance staff are very friendly and efficient as well!

Some of management can be rude. Washers and dyers are constantly in repair because they refuse to get new laundry equipment. Pool has been closed on the 210 side for almost a year now, not to forget how they get it grow green with algae for like 6 months.
For the price and location, absolutely not worth it.
Oh did I mention how I've lived thru 4 deaths in the neighborhood. Very safe part of town!!
Only recently did they take care of the homeless problem, oh wait that wasn't actually Quail Run management, it was a different construction company that bought out the empty lot that all the homeless people camped at right next door to the apartments.
Go live somewhere else
