Me and my fiance moved in a couple weeks ago and since then, there's been quite a bit of problems, starting with the paint job. It literally looks like the old tenants painted it, very unprofessional. Paint splatters all over the floor and appliances, which this is something the management should have caught and found WAAYYY BEFORE we moved in, since we were PROMISED MULTIPLE walk throughs of the apartment by the manager herself, we TRUSTED her to catch these mistakes. Not only that, but the flooring is vinal and the UNPROFESSIONALS who put in our floor created MULTIPLE BUBBLES in the floor making it a BIG eye sore. The blinds are also VERY CHEAP, we had multiple maintenance men come and try to fix them but they told us that they were installed wrong and weren't even the right size for ALL of the windows. The knobs for ALL of the kitchen cabinets keep coming off, the screen door was broken, the appliances don't match and we were promised all matching appliances. We weren't expecting a new apartment of course, but we were expecting it to be worth the price we paid. My father who is a superintendent in San Francisco helped us inspect the apartment and so did my aunt who's a realtor and they both had told us we spent wayyy too much on this apartment considering all the flaws. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $1,900!!!ANNNDD, ON TOP OF THAT, NO GATES UP OR LIGHTS ON AT NIGHT. It is completely pitch black and super sketchy to go to your apartment at night because they choose to only light up one section at the front. PLUS, NO VIDEO SURVEILLANCE BY YOUR MAIL!!! I got my PACKAGES STOLEN
soo many times b/c people will bust open the mail boxes and steal from them!!!AGAIN CHEAP!!! We just feel let down is all, because we were promised there wouldn't be any mishaps. I wish better luck for those trying to find an apartment. I'd really be cautious when applying and possibly hold off till the end of the pandemic so that maybe you can have a look for yourself, because I'm pretty sure management didn't see the many flaws till the last day when we were actually supposed to move in. However, management did manage to get the screen door replaced, the old fridge replaced and hopefully soon, the blinds. The water heater is also a big problem area for them, considering the fact they have to keep turning the water off and replace the pipes, and instead of just replacing the old water heaters they want to do whatever is the cheapest option for them. Even though rent for a one bedroom is close to 2k a month here Just some things to consider before renting here.

Worst apartment ever! In the two years Ive lived there only 2 washers and 2 dryers work for all 55 multi family units and the other 3 were never fixed. Many lower units flood every year. My ceiling leaked after months being there, NEVER fixed after many maintenance requests. Finally I could afford the few hundred extra to move into a new complex and even though i take pride in my home and I professionally cleaned my unit upon exiting they withheld HALF of my deposit for cleaning fees, carpet maintenance and maintenance labor. Ive seen them go thru 4 property managers within that time. Each one complaining that they are doing everything they can to run the property well and ITS THE OWNERS that dont want to keep up on it. AC barely works cuz its so old, no insulation so you hear EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing. Go elsewhere! Pay the lil bit more to go to a more updated place with more professionalism, itll save you many headaches. I feel so bad for the tenants still there cuz one positive thing I can say is the people that live there are kind wonderful people and are victims of horrible landlords.

Stay away honestly. They want 2600 a month now for a small square of an apartment that can't even fit a garbage can! Laundry facilities are always broken, there's no parking, nothing is upgraded. They've lost their minds.
