Saratoga Senior Apartments

The residents feel like inmates and are afraid to bring up issues to management for fear of retaliation. The rules are ridiculous. They arent allowed the simple pleasures of using their patios or having plants on the patio. No use of the pool. The sidewalks have dangerous cracks that could cause a terrible fall. Management is rude and show no compassion for the elderly. The rent is raised every year, yet there are no property improvements. Advocates for seniors need to step in.

Only in a Perfect World will you find the Perfect Apartment Complex. All Apartment complex's have there own Rules and Regulations.

This is supposed to be an affordable living for seniors. I have lived here going on 9 years and my only income is through Social Security. I make a little over $13,000 and yet each year rent is increased ($59 this year) . This is taking away from basic needs. I am 76 too old to go back to work. During this pandemic my daughter brought me a kitten for which I paid the $250 deposit but on top of that expense I have to pay an additional $15 a month for "pet rent" Greedy at the expense of seniors. Are you trying to force us out to be replaced with higher rent tenants You have already taken away what little pleasures we have ie: no bird feeders, limiting what items we can use on our patios non of which is hazardous such as bikes, patio furniture etc. what next our plantsIn the beginning it was a pleasure to live here, not so much now.

The whole retirement buildings just look beautiful and the inside is very good looking as well. It's small but hey it's a retirement home after all so what could you expect
