Target

This store needs some customer service training for employees. They also need to do a better job with placing the price tags in the right places for Items.

Customer service at this location is terrible and the employees seem extremely disgruntled and unhappy. Im guessing it has something to do with management. Had to repeatedly say Excuse me to an employee as she ignored me (other customers watched this as this happened and were as perplexed as I was) in order to ask the location of a product. When she finally answered Yes?? she was annoyed and almost combative. Then as I was exiting the store another employee was loudly complaining to a coworker about how much he hates gathering the shopping carts. What happened to this Target? Next time Ill just drive to the other Targets in Redondo or San Pedro.

I see how some reviews complain about the employees. I know things have to change starting with human resources, store managers, managers and supervisors. They have really bad attitude and very unprofessional. If it wouldn't be for the customers they wouldn't have a job.(Hello) Their job is to have customer service etiquette. I hope they fired every single person and start with new people. A lady name Marvel from human resources is racist . be careful with her she loves to intimidate employees specially in front of people.
