My pregnant wife got her wallet pickpocketed inside the store. Possibly multiple thieves working together.
Crap load of security cameras. And a response to match by Marshalls. Manager said they don't have access to security footage and they would "email somebody". Jotted down our contact on a scrap piece of paper and didn't seem too concerned that crime happened TO their customer inside their store. Only mentioned that they have their stuff stolen too.... Very reassuring.
So to all thieves, it's open game here. Merchandise AND people. The dismissive staff will help thieves more than customers here.
So, have at it, thieves!!!
