        I bought a car with a 5-year protection package in December 2023 and returned the car in January 2024. However, my protection package was not refunded. I have been waiting for 3 months with no result. I sent an e-mail especially to their sales manager, but again nothing. They don't take the customer seriously and don't pay their money. They don't communicate either, I had an incredibly bad experience.
