We came to Honda of Reseda and worked with Jose Torres. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us. He is bilingual and was able to communicate well with both of us in Spanish and English. The entire process was easy and we felt great about the deal. Thank you, Jose and thanks to Honda of Reseda.

My sons car was brought to Honda Reseda. We had reported that the sensor was not working. We paid for a complete diagnostic repair. We were told that the reason that the sensor light was on was because we needed to replace the windshield. Honda reseda quoted $2000 for this. We opted to do additional work on other things and spent around $700 that day. We decided to have the windshield replaced with Safelite. It is a well-known recognized company. Upon completion when the sensor light still did not go out, Safelite said the sensor was faulty and that needed to be replaced. We have written to Honda Reseda, and forwarded the same email three times to them. They did not even acknowledge our complaint. We thought it would be fair if they replace the sensor since we now spent money which was unnecessary and they incorrectly diagnosed the vehicle. We all recognize that dealers have a huge markup, however, not even acknowledge this error or talk to us about it is rather upsetting. I will be also filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any other platforms that I can. Find another place. This place was definitely not your helpful Honda.
