        My father went to purchase a couple of jeans, he by accident grabbed the wrong size on one of them. When he went to return the one with the wrong size, the guy at customer service helping my dad did not want to return my dad's money. He stated that he did not need to return his money because it was half off. My dad insisted in getting his money back and when this guy refused my dad decided to return both jeans and asked for a full refund. How hard was it to just return they money for the jeans he no longer wanted. Worst service ever
