        I never come to this store. The one time my mother brought me I had the rudest experience. Victor M at check out was insistent, almost predatory, on my senior mother to apply for a credit card. He would not take no for an answer. Even after I told him she wasn't interested, he kept ignoring me, looking towards her, and saying shes saying yes. He would not let up. He took my mothers phone from her hands to unlock it with face recognition to install or open whatever it was he needed. Honestly, the most surreal bizarre experience Ive had at a department store. I dont understand how these employees are trained but this predatory behavior should be illegal.

        Horrible costumer service .negative stars if i could to a lady in her senior years named MARIA , she is located in the jewelry section, if you want to enjoy your day i would advise you to stay away from her. To JC Penny, please hire people who want to work and not miss treat your costumers, some people should be retired already..
