        Buying the vehicle went fairly smooth and I would recommend Cole for sales. I gave this company only 2 stars because when I bought the car I was promised a spare key because it is a CPO car. They were going to order one. That was in early December 2023 and I still havent gotten a spare key. When I called to ask about the key, I was told the person that owned the car before me was going to bring them the key from his storage and they were waiting on that. Its been over 2 months since that. I also emailed the manager on 2/4/24 and they said they will check on that for me and never got back to me. Lastly they were supposed to send my license plate tags to me as I live over 5 hours away. I still dont have the tags and I bought the car early December 2023.

        EASY! Mike made everything about my buying a car easy. He was very polite and helpful besides being so efficient at the process. I dreaded the car buying experience and walked out of Rusnak Audi wondering why. The people make the difference. Amy was amazing at compiling my paperwork. What a process! Kudos to her skills.
