        My overall experience at this dealership was pleasantly flawless! Vinny ginseng, my salesperson, was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable with whatever questions I had. I would highly recommend Walter's Audi. And be sure to ask for Vinny! Tony

        Audi riverside is withholding documents from me that I signed that they updated a week later. They also but the wrong address and birthday on my credit report. I purchased my Audi at night and also saw that there were a bunch of scratches on the vehicle that were not from me oh and my battery died two weeks later. Now I brought up a lawyer and they do not want to talk to me and are withholding documentation from me. My regristration for the car needs to be fixed because it is not the right address and now they wont pick up the phone to fix it which is illegal. Do not buy a car from them they are a scammy dealership. And BRYAN wont pick up the phone to send over documents that I signed that are rightfully mine. It looks like he never updated the address in the system so what did I sign??????

Born in Germany to Swiss parents, he came to America as a young man with a background as an automotive mechanic. After a brief stint in the U.S. Army, which included a term in Riverside, he decided that's where he wanted to go to make a living.An Audi Dealership is Born in Riverside Walter moved his family out west from New York and opened up an automotive repair business that specialized in European models. It was in 1965 that he got the license to begin selling cars as well and stuck to the European brands that he was familiar with. That is just the beginning of Walter's Automotive, as you may know. Walter's Audi is a proud member of a family owned dealership group that has great ties to this wonderful city.The Kienle family believes in giving back to the community that has supported it for over 50 years. Walter's Children's Charity Classic has raised over $4 million dollars for Loma Linda University Children's Hospital.
