        An employee saw I was interested in a well-priced office chair. He offered assistance, located the box, offered to assemble the chair, and had me checked out in a jiffy. He called a couple of hours later to let me know it was ready for pick-up. Another employee carried the chair out to the parking lot (even though it has wheels) and helped me fit it into the back of my SUV.
