    The store manager is super rude and ignorant. He does not want to spend one second to explain to customer why he gave only one Amazon return receipt for two items I returned, instead he told me he is giving me a free service. Underlying meaning is that therefore I can treat you so bad like this. When I explained my concern he told me again this is free service and rushed me by saying I have other customers to serve (this all happened just within seconds I started talked to him) he then walked away to completely leave me there while I was in shock about this worst-ever attitude Ive ever encountered. I dont understand why staples hires him as manager if this is the overall customer service attitude a store manager represents (in the end, I went to him and asked to talk to a manager and he told me with an ignorant laugh that he is the manager). I will never come to this Staples store ever again. A very unpleasant experience due to this super rude and ingnorant manager named John.

    I was here to pick up my mail that I have a contract with ipostal. I was given a coupon by the lady at the ipostal desk for some bottle water. When I took the water and the coupon up to the counter I was met by a very rude African American male adult employee who refused to give his name so I can report his behavior. Then another male adult who identified himself as the manager came up and also refused to provide a name so I can report them to corporate. I then took his picture so I have proof who I spoke with for my complaint with corporate. He became very angry. He put his hand on me as he was reaching to snatch my phone out of my and and I pulled away. He then began cussing and screaming at me. I then left the store.

    My partner was buying a pack of sheet protectors and was checking if the pack had the correct number of items in it. Andrew I think (tall guy, long hair) interrupted her, interrogated her, took the pack from her hands, threw it on top of a shelf where she could not reach it and walked away. This is completely unreasonable behavior.
