Staples is my go to for most of my office supplies and needs. I can always find what I need at a fair price. The clearance section has some good items at low prices too. Employees are always welcoming and helpful. I have used their printing servises for pig prints and I am always very satisfied with their services. When I come I have some ink cartiges to recycle. Just doing my part to lessen my carbon footprint. Signd up for their rewards card and coupons and special offers are emailed for my convenance.

I only came in for the printing service. You email your documents to the staples email provided to you and go to the self-serve printers to print them out. 3 stars because if you pay by card on the machine and your total is a under a dollar or so, there is a $5 hold on your account and shows pending. Once cleared, the amount you paid will show on your account and the $5 charge will disappear. I had to call staples to make sure they weren't charging me $5 for two sheets of paper I printed. It would've been nice to know this upfront instead of calling and finding this surprise when checking my bank account. I strolled around staples and I just felt the prices were high. Didn't really see any deals. This place took care of my printing needs.

For no reason my laptop got hacked. I called Dell as usual but didn't come up with a help on time. Just brought to the Staples where Tristan receipted me. The issue turned out more severe than thought but was perfectly solved. Now all brand new computer - luckily didn't send to Dell which will take much longer and costly.
