We ordered a 18x24 print that was very special to us.
They told us it would be ready in 20 min.
In that time we went to purchase a custom frame, we came back and decided to assemble it there. We were having trouble and a worker by the name Nathan, was so kind and helped us put it together.
He brought out tools and everything.
He was so kind and we really just appreciated his help.

Allison, Jake, and Nathan. Thank you so much for helping us.It's inspiring to see a team that works together so well and all have a commitment to customer service.Usually a place has like one, maybe two stars (as far as having a "star employee.") What we see is a whole team that shares this commitment and it's nice to see the care and joy they bring to the customers and community.I noticed a lot of homeless people going in for help. The staff didn't care about anyone's background - they just brought the same care and help to everyone.They should run for President!

Went in for passport photos. Skye did a great job. He was calm and patient. Took a few photos. Showed us on computer. One set came out shiny so he retook the photos. Again showed on computer  and fine tuned to our satisfaction. After printing he cut them to standard size. He was kind and pleasant and took his time with us ti ensure we were happy. We are. We recommend staples and Skye for passport photos. Our photos came out beautiful.
