O. M. I. - Plotter repair

My HP Designjet oversize printer broke down and was running an error code. I called HP & they wanted $892 just to come out and they said the price could go up from there, they said i need to replace a certain part and it could be upwards of $1,000. then they said its 3-5 day lead time before someone will call me to set up an appointment. So it could be 2 weeks minimum before someone comes out to look at the problem. So i called Russell and he researched the error code. Russell said its probably an update that is needed, and if that does not work we can replace the part. Russell came out in less the 48 hours and got the printer back working for $300. HP wanted $892 minimum and was probably looking at 2 weeks lead time. Russel was a very nice and honest person, he was very informative and helpful with everything. he was not just going the 1 size fits all route like HP was, he took the necessary steps to help save me money and to do things the right way by researching and following the correct procedures.
Russel has integrity, he is very trustworthy, and overall he is a super nice guy. I would highly recommend him for anything you need on your printer
