        Service was to slow and others bankers never asked me to fill the form but they were asking me to fill the form its okay fine but customer only 4or 5 they took litterly 40 minute to get ours cash and were thinking weve a big transaction we dont need wait but weve waited job done but bank service can be much better

        Employees always helpful ! I moved a town away from SSF to Daly City/Colma & still come to this Wells Fargo on Chestnut. I visit many Wells Fargos in the Bay Area & this one imo is the best !

        Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a "branch manager" very rude talks to you like she's better then you. Closing my account due to the lack of professionalism from this location!
