        I've had very good experiences at this So. Pasadena branch. The personnel have been friendly, respectful, and supportive. Banker Jess assisted me with opening a third account and Manager Amrit was responsive and assuring in addressing my concerns regarding specific transactions. Representative Yara was very personable and so efficient in handling transactions. This branch will be my 'go to" branch for professional services and support. Thank you.

        I have my second last name on the account. Even with an ID the manager said no to change my checks. I when u said that others Wells Fargo had help me. The so call manager said to go back. What a manager what customer service. Worst service from a Wells Fargo ever.

        Why are so few WF banks open on Sat? Plus close at 5PM now on Fridays. Most individuals work til 5PM during the week. So only option now is their lunch time to get to A WF Bank!!!

        Need to deposit a good-sized cashiers check & this is the line. Employees hovering all around but only two actual cashiers. Not cool.
