Ally was so helpful, fast, and kind! She was helping so many people out all by herself, and this isnt first time. Theyve always been helpful and fast whenever I stop by after work.

This place goes out of their way to inconvenience you so I figured it's finally time to return the favor. If you're doing an Amazon return, they'll probably tell you you can't use your box and they won't keep it either. You have to take it with you. But if you don't have a box to put your box in they'll tell you you need a box and you can buy one for a few dollars. It's basically a game so they can sell you a box you don't need. They obviously could let people leave boxes that they don't want and then let other customers use those boxes. Since they refuse to accept the package I just drove down the street to the other UPS store on sycamore and of course they had no issues accepting my package the way it was. Not only this game but they also refuse to accept a USPS package even if it's already labeled regardless of the size. They have daily USPS pickups so it doesn't inconvenience them in any way and all the other locations will allow you to leave a USPS package. They just enjoy being difficult here.
