Great and helpful staff!

Store Manager (didn't get her name -tall & bigger) wis very unwilling to assist customers - she does not welcome them, does not smile, does not provide overall great customer service. She does not make the customers feel welcomed and this is not the first occurrence that has happened. All the other employees have always been so helpful and resourceful. Everytime I have come in it's not busy I'm the only customer to think the manager may be overwhelmed.

I'd like to take the time to share my experience at this location...not only are the staff members helpful but they go above and beyond!! Today Mr. Adam helped me with lastinute paperwork crisis and helpe thru the whole process!! Thanks again you guys I'll always come here!!!

I stopped by this FedEx location to drop off a package that was due for overnight delivery. I came to this location because it's near my work and there a cut off time for overnight delivery. I found parking easily since they weren't busy at 12pm. I walked inside and it did take a couple of minutes for a worker to help me. The process was easy, they just scanned the barcode and give me my receipt. They have a printing area here and the store is a pretty decent size.

Would not recommend to come while the older gentleman with grey hair is here. Took me 30 minutes to print 2 pieces of paper that I had emailed over a head of time. Waste of time I suggest you go to the library.
