Sunny and her staff are very helpful. I have had special requests and Sunny will go above and beyond in servicing you. I know I can count on her. Anyone in the team is always welcoming you with a smile. When the Postal Annex is closed, you still have 24 hours access to your mailbox which is very handy when your schedule is packed. It happens that the place is crowded and each customer is being taken care of very professionally and rapidly. All I can say is carry on the good work. This is an update on the 3/26/24 - Sunny is unfortunately no longer there due to having been diagnosed with cancer last year. However, I wanted to add that the people she put there pulled together - her family and staff - to continue the great and helpful services that is the hallmark of this Postal Annex. A great example of the strength of positivity, respect and hard work to serve the community. Thank you for being there.

Prefer here always over the post office. Professional, family owned & operated. Tons of amazing, unique, gifts you cant get anywhere else. Pictured here are the antlers, Joey sold us! Hes always a ray of sunshine and just so bubbly and happy. The business as gone through a lot and Joey was forced to really step up and help out after the owner who has been there FOREVRR, was tragically diagnosed with cancer. Its been amazing to watch both the community and her family pitch in and keep our Postal Annex thriving. It makes me proud to shop and have business there time and time again. I know these individuals have LOVING, efind in businesses these days. I love that I can trust my mail and packages I send folks from business matters all the way to loved ones, and know, rest assured, theyll make it on time with fast and friendly service. Seeing Sunnys family come together in this hardship has been quite the inspiration. A true testimony of how even in the hardest of times, that good can still prevail especially in families like this one where the bond of love is just so strong and true. I am a proud customer. And you should be too.

this was the right place to to ship my letter from,there are very curdious , efficient,and thorough.I recamend the annex over local usps .To finish off this review this is a very clean place and smells nice
