Its truly unfortunate that I have to go through this vet because theyve already charged me so much money for the care club scam. Every time I have a phone call with these guys Im going to leave a review on the service. Today the manager told me that I made up the whole issue of being lied to by Dr. Saxxon! Isnt that fantastic? They seriously just dont care.

I brought my Burmese python here for an RI on January 2nd, and they gave me 6 injection of Ceftazidime to give every 3 days. I finished the round of injection and from what I thought she was all better but after a couple days with no injection the RI came back way worse where she had such a hard time breathing and I thought she wasn't going to make it. It could have easily been avoided if they wanted a follow-up appointment like what most vets do. I went back to get more injections, and they were nice enough to give me a free exam, so I just paid for the injections, but now I gotta use even more medicine to try and get rid if the RI. I got 4 more injections to give every 3 days, but now I'm out of medicine to give her, and they won't give me any more medicine until Monday of next week and that means the RI will definitely come back so much stronger this time and now it could take her life. The excuse is that the doctor won't be in tell next week but the funny thing is they told me to come in and get injection right after you finish those. I'm here now trying to get injections now I can't get them tell next week.
