My insurance is getting canceled because the policy changed after I "received" short notice (never got it) of changes going on regarding recurring payments. Tried contacting an insane amount of times to reach the insurance agent. He only made things worse and refused to contact the corporate headquarters to try and resolve the issue. Was really confused about the whole situation due my account saying my account was paid. I also had a DV situation with my ex who refused to sign off the previous policy which was forced to go into collections because the company wouldn't remove him, even with a restraining order preventing him from being near my car. Overall, you are not in good hands with allstate!! Especially from this location! I heard they were a shady company but thought I'd give them a chance. Save yourself the waste of time/energy/money and go with any other insurance company.
