        When I called to ask to see if they can send some paper work that Allstate Insurance required for claims. The lady who picked up said I have to go to where they were I started my policy at. She was not very helpful at all.

        When I walked into to the office, the lady asked mewhy you in here? I dont feel comfortable, why not ask me what May I help you?. Also after I told her the reason, and she said I cant do that service. And dont want to help me to find which agent can help me to conduct that service. Bad feeling. Recommend dont go there.

      Thank you for your feedback back. Your agent should be able to assist with the claim documentation you are referring to. If for any reason they cannot assist you, give us a call back. We always recommend you work with your agent as we can not even access your claim or policy unless it was written in our office.
