After checking out quite a few gyms and studios, and having trial classes, Im so happy I found this hidden gem. It always looks clean and organized and the instructors are personal and remember everyones name. Roxanne rocks! Her Zumba class is a great whole body workout with passion and energy. Allison is a very nice instructor who listens and observes what you want and goes beyond and above to help achieve that.

The studio is very charming and bright I took a slow flow/restorative class with Vivian this evening and it was wonderful! Love her energy

Omg! I took my first Zumba class with Roxanne last week and what an experience! I play pickle ball 6 times a week and thought I was in good shape! Haha. This class was a great cardio and the teacher was fun and fantastic. Taking my next class this week. Great place, great energy and everyone is so welcoming
