        Orangetheory is for EVERYONE and every ability level! I cant believe how easily tailored all the workouts are to your own preferences or limitations. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They truly have our best interest at heart! The front desk ladies are always warm and welcoming too. Ive made some really great supportive friends too. Its a terrific place to escape and just focus on YOU!

        Orange theory has totally changed my life! I love all the coaches!!!! I truly can't begin to tell you how much I love these classes. I have been lifting weights since ,2000 An not getting ripped . But I am strong an fit . After 2 months my weight is going down. An after 3 months It's still dropping . I am over the moon excited. I have been recommending this to everyone who asked what am I doing ! So Tell them all about Thank you Again orange theory Team Deanna Fenzel

        I always feel really good when I leave OTF. I find it very motivating and fun. I like the individualized attention I receive from the coaches.

        This gym has helped me get back into a regular fitness routine with joy! Shout out to Coach Zoe who is very intentional with her body positive language which creates a welcoming space focused on strength and longevity. Everyone who works here is super friendly and I'd recommend a membership to anyone who is considering.
