This is an amazing place the instructors are the best, and there is sense of caring and community. My son has learned so much here about not only martial arts but about confidence, discipline, respect I highly recommend this martial arts school.

Ms. Renee Row has done an amazing job as the sole owner of this school at navigating the ever changing factors of the COVID-19 pandemic. She, along with her staff, have maintained an excellent cleaning regime and rolled out above and beyond safety protocols in line with CDC guidelines. All students sanitize their feet and hands, wear masks upon entry and for the duration of their training, stand 6 feet apart at all times, and have their own space to work on the mat. The students at this school are excited when they arrive and always leave with smiling faces and heads full of new knowledge. It is hard to adapt to new situations, including our current COVID climate, but the students and instructors at this school train for the unknown everyday. They are constantly bettering themselves and working to keep not only their bodies healthy but their minds sharp. In times like these, it is nice to be able to have a place to train that gives a sense of normalcy in a time that is anything but normal. Kudos to Ms. Row for being an amazing leader of JSK North Bay!

We are blessed to be a part of the Jeff Speakman's Kenpo family! During lockdown, Ms. Row, Ms. French and the rest of the Kenpo fam made sure that my son and the rest of the class have access to their training via zoom. I commend how they managed the little students to pay attention and be proactive with their training via zoom.  Their patience, professionalism, genuine care for each and everyone of their students and family are undeniable. Their communication to students, staff are up to par. They keep all of us well informed with the whole process. Now that the studio is open, they are very proactive in practicing social distancing, keeping the facility impeccably clean to keep their students and staff safe from CoVid-19 infections or any possible health infection concerns. The staff and students are well trained in staying safe. Aside from their great dedication in keeping my son well trained in Kenpo,  I can't thank them enough in helping me instill great character traits for my son to follow and practice in his everyday life. We are absolutely blessed to be a part of the Jeff Speakman's Kenpo family.

Great classes for the whole family. My son is 7 and has gone from Little Dragons to the advanced group...and loves it. My wife attends the kickboxing classes (hope those come back soon) and my daughter (5) wants to start too. Love the staff and support group. Keep it up North Bay team.

Jeff Speakman's Kenpo 5.0 North Bay Martial Arts is an amazing place! I started about four months ago and was hooked on day one. I was looking for something more interactive than the day to day routine the gym gives you, so I looked up Martial Arts and found Kenpo karate right here in Santa Rosa. The instructors are truly amazing people. They are kind, understanding, funny, smart, and really, really good at teaching. The other students are also a fun group of people to be around and to learn with. In the short time I have been practicing Kenpo Martial Arts with the wonderful people in Santa Rosa, I have come to realize it's more than just learning karate and getting a great work out. I wish more people knew about what a difference this would make in their lives. 5 stars!
