        They need more staff, longer bank hours, and need to answer the phone.

        The employees working here are friendly professional people. I have been banking here for years and have never had any issues with the branch and its employees . Lines do get long at times, but thats with every bank at certain times of the month. I do recommend they get newer ATMs that give different denominations bills; as a small business owner I sometimes need ones and fives, and I can save time by skipping the line. I also like the fact they are inside a Vons, the ATMs are well lit and in a public area where you can feel safe making deposits or getting cash late at night.
