I was overcharged by well over $100 for services I did not request. I provided a coupon that was not honored as promised on the coupon. I was told that they normally dont do same day delivery, but that they did it for me anyways out of courtesy, even though their entire selling point on the coupon is same day service available 7 days a week. My pants came back with a stain that wasnt there before and so did my curtains. I was not told how much Id be charged until after I had already been charged. Awful service.

This is my new go to cleaner/tailor spot! They are professional, consistent, clean and always do an amazing job. I brought in a leather jacket that had a strange mold stain on it. No other cleaner was able to remove the stain (I had taken it to 4 other spots). The owner took time to look really look at the jacket and discuss my options. He decided to take on the challenge and my jacket came back good as new! Couldn't be happier. The same thing happened this week with a beautiful designer outfit I had. There was a stain that no other cleaner was able to remove but when I picked it up today, my suit was now in perfect condition. I am really impressed by their services and professionalism. I will be a long-time customer and couldn't recommend them more!
