I came here to get the straps on a dress shortened a few weeks ago and was quoted $20 or $25. The dress had a jersey like material that was somewhat hard to work with, so I thought this was fine price. However, I went in today to get the straps on a cotton/linen dress shortened and she increased her price to $40. I asked why the big increase from last time, and she said it was because of the material. this would have been way easier than the dress prior. Additionally, in the alteration process, she cut my straps without asking. I would NOT recommend coming here.

DO NOT go to this place for cleaning. They damaged my items, lied to me about it and never gave me any compensation for it. Save yourself the misery and use another cleaner!

WOW! $8.50 to wash a shirt? Never again. I guess Covid killed them. No reason for them to kill their customers. Terrible.
