Hello Kevin S., We apologize that you feel you’ve had a negative experience working with us, as quality of work and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.As you know after pick-up, you called our shop 3 days later to express dissatisfaction of your order and request a refund.We gladly agreed to provide you with a refund and kindly requested that you please bring the jacket in with you, so that we can see what exactly happened and attempt to repair any issue that may have occurred. You quickly replied “No, I just want my money back”. We further explained that if you prefer not to have us work on it that is fine, but we’d still see the jacket to see what happened. Once you arrived to pick up your refund, you brought in the jacket, asked us our thoughts on the issue, but again immediately reiterated to us that you do not want us to fix the issue and only want to pick up a refund. We then gladly provided you with a refund. Unfortunately, the jacket was made with a heavy front pocket. That paired with the material type, increases the likelihood for the outlining of the heavy pocket to become more apparent, with any dry-cleaning process. This can very well happen with time, after repeatedly cleaning, with any dry cleaning company, including any you’ve cleaned this Jacket with previously. Very respectfully, Ocean Express Cleaners
