Lucky Dry Cleaners

Terrible service. I went back three times for a very simple alteration (three darts) and the seamstress refused to hear my request and did what she wanted, even though it was the exact opposite of what I asked for. She ruined a brand new shirt of mine. I asked for my money back and they refused to give it back to me. I was a customer for 4 years and now I will be parting ways.

DON'T GO HERE! TERRIBLE!  Dropped off a black cashmere sweater and asked if they could clean as it was cashmere. The man said yes and quoted $8.25  When I picked up it was covered in lint and I asked if it was cleaned and brushed and why wasn't it clean? They said because it was cashmere and charged me 10.25!!

I had been their customer over 5 years but no more. They had been nice and polite until we got a issue. I brought brand new pants for hemming. When I came back to pick them up, the front guy handed me someone else's pants which didn't have any name attached.  He told me he will call me back in 3 days. I never received a call for a week.When I came back to the store, he told me that he knew the lady who took my pants and would contact her. I asked him if he contacted her yet. He didn't answer my question but told me she got confused since she was using 2 dry cleaners.  His explanation sounded weird to me. After 3,4 days, I called the store and the owner said she found my pants.  When I went to the store, they were not mine without no name tag on again. It made me wonder how many clothes are not attached with a name tag.  Not a good sign.  I tried to explain to her that I want to get my pants back sooner or I will need go buy the same pants. She agreed to refund the money for the pants after 1 week.When I called back one week later, the owner told me she would refund the money for the pants. When I came back to the store to pick up the check, the check was left to the front guy for me and noticed the check didn't include tax. He said the price of the pants is $250 on Nordstrom website so it doesn't include tax. When I showed him my credit card statement to show how much I paid at Nordstrom, he told me that the number of the statement is not exact number. I explained that I bought 2 pants at the same time so that the price on the statement shows almost double the pants price. He kept asking me for a receipt that itemize my pants but I only had the credit card record. I was so mad and just told him to get me the check that the owner had already issued for me and ask him to get me all the other clothes that I was supposed to pick up. The cost for the dry cleaners for my other clothes were $15 cheaper than tax fee for the pants and I told him I am not going to pay for the cleaning fee for those clothes since you still owe for the tax for my pants.He tried to continue to challenge me for not having the itemized receipt so I should not be entitled to get the refund and also refund for the tax. Then I realized that I started yelling at him and I don't even notice there was a customer coming into the store.At this point, he gave up and let me leave with my check and clothes.
