Two small packages marked as delivered to our neighborhood cluster mailbox now have not been present in my box

Thank you so much for calling me instead of emailing me as indicated on the request form, and resolving an issue without ever talking to me. Thank you for also leaving a phone number that is invalid, and of course losing my package. By far the worst post office Ive ever had to deal with. They close the desk with in-person assistance OFTEN, and sometimes HOURS before they close. This is very inconvenient. Most of the workers are horribly mean for 0 reason. Ive seen them yell at an older man because they were being so vague, mean, and unclear and he was clearly confused. They must find joy in being miserable

Horrible mail carrier. Always late, uses any excuse to not deliver mail.

There postal men are extremely lazy and they just said you were not home to avoid delivering your package even though you were at home and pretty sure they didnt even knock your door. One woman in their office is also extremely rude and trying to be racism. She pretended that she cant understand and give me an attitude after I repeating my address ten times. She made me a week late getting my package.
