        This location is terrible, tried upgrading both my phones and they didn't have the new Pixel 6 pro in stock, Alexandra was supposed to call me when she spoke with the manager the next day. Week later and no call back. Came in again, still none in stock, Alexandra took my number down again, I will just go to another store from now on.

        3 employees trying to help this lady for last 2 hour. It's actually pretty comical. The other 2 employees just standing around while the waiting list climbs to 9 people wait. You are better off getting everything shipped to your house.

        They were very nice and friendly. Bought my new purple iPhone and had a few problems setting it up and Patrice did everything she could do on her end to help as much as she could. The problem was on my end, but she said once I took care of it to come back in if I had any further problems. The service was so much better than Verizon's ever was! 💜
