Some of the staff here is great don't get me wrong. Having 1 or 2 hard working people however doesn't make up for the lack of effort the company should be putting in. Help hours are long due to what seems like an understaffing issue & while there should always by a GM on site or nearby this location time & time again has unfortunately lacked good leadership from what I've seen. I wish I could rate this higher but with the help I've been given both thru customer service or on the location site it's only receiving a 3 star review because staff members are making up for the lack of the leadership within the company. In my opinion it may be best to promote within from the workers there that bend over backwards to help the customer.
