image STAY AWAY!! Villa Granada, and really all Essex properties are managed (I use this word loosely) by crooks. While living there we experienced:
-Cockroach infestation
-Entering our unit without notice
-Pouring dirty water on our balcony
-Stairwells and elevator lobby was always a mess
-Power washing the garage without notice (my car was a mess afterwards)
And finally 60 days after moving out and we have yet to receive our security deposit.
Throughout all this management was unapologetic and consistently deflected and blamed others for their behavior. Do not rent here!

image My package was stolen infront of my apartment. And rather than show any kind of care the customer service of this place is HORRIBLE.
I asked them to investigate and they said it would take 24 hours to get back to me. Cause apparently it takes 24 hours to view surveillance footage.
They didn't call me back so i called them. And then they proceeded to tell me that the camera was not pointing to any hallway!
They have surveillance cameras that apparently DONT EVEN FACE THE APARTMENT DOORS???
HORRIBLE EXPERINCE.
These people DONT GIVE A DAMN!
Ohh they will make sure to call you if your rent is due though
I JUST SIGNED A LEASE AND I REGRET IT

Although we have cameras on site, they are limited and do not promise or guarantee the safety of resident packages and/or property. To minimize the chances of package theft, we kindly request that valuable items be sent to courier-managed, local drop-off locations if you are not available to personally receive the package at the time of delivery.
