I spent a year here and I would say its a pretty nice place. Its a good location, close to schools if you got kids and close to a park. Its a quiet and well kept property.
Property Management is always responsive to maintenance requests and questions. Whenever I have had an issue, they were always quick to respond by the next day. The rent is pretty reasonable for the area. Parking might be a bit chaotic if you got more than one car but I had only one so it wasnt an issue for me.
Overall I would recommend others to live here.
