Very happy with the quick response to a water leak under the kitchen sink. Sandy let me know that Stuart would come soon to look at what was causing the leak. Stuart arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem as a leak from the garbage disposal. It was too rusted to work properly. He replaced it with a new disposal unit. Stuart did a great job! Thank you to Rancho Franciscian property management team of Kay, Sandy and Stuart for Excellent Resident Service!
