        A death trap!! Dishonest and incompetent property manager. Units are rented with Black mold and pipe worms in drains. Calls to property manager Cynthia Salazar go unanswered for several weeks. Fraudulent leases and security deposits are held unlawfully. A very sophisticated scheme of ripping of vulnerable students needing housing. Several families affected!! Had to report to several housing code violations and get a LAWYER!

        Nice apartments. Spacious with a community pool. College area, so it is loud sometimes. But that's to be expected with college kids!
