        Excellent. Clean well maintained. Sure. Trees. Super king sercas from trader Jhoes. It is a very quiet place. When I go from Ensenada to visit I don't want to go anymore.

        Been living here for over a year and its a fairly nice property however, buyers beware: MacArthur is extremely loud. At least 30-40 times per day (and night), cars race between Greenville and Raitt. It sounds like a literal nascar event. Also, the pool maintenance is minimal at best and the hot tub is actually a cold tub.

        Is very pretty. The lake ducks squirrel the trees. Tranquillity. When I go. From. Visiting holidays. Mac Arthur Street is very nice to walk on.
