If you plan to rent or buy in these condominiums, be careful, I have already lived here for two years and if you live in the apartments on the first floor, a lot of noise was heard from those upstairs. The people I have talked to tell me because of how long the construction has been going on, Parking is another issue, you only have the right to one reserved spot, the other spot is on a first-come, first-served basis and someone will always be left without space and very little space on the street since only one side is available and that street is shared with another block. of apartments and in the surrounding areas parking on the street at night is restricted.

Been living here in an upstairs unit two years and its been horrible. The noise issues are unbearable. The parking is horrible and people do save parking spots for others or switch out cars. If you arrive after 5:15pm good luck getting a parking spot. The pool is always closed for no good reason and Ive been towed even though I had a visible permit shown. Weve had packages stolen around Christmas time, the on site manager is terrible and useless. Just do yourself the favor and live anywhere else but here!
