01. Jacuzzi has been broken and not fixed
02. Swimming pool is forced to be closed by government for high bacteria level and property management does not fix.
03. My neighbor left their suit empty and homeless broke in and stayed there for 2 weeks.
04. Then they finally broken in my suit taking stuff to neighbor's empty suit going over then.
Conclusion:
01. Management does do a thing (or minimal just to get by).
02. Monterey Villas is homeless infested and of course the property management does do a thing about it.

This place is a toilet. They have had walls that are destroyed for almost a year, they started to fix it then stopped. It is not secure at all with the gate because people can go thru the busted walls! I wouldn't live here!

There is a guy with dreadlocks who tweaks out sometimes and yells obscenities. Now there is a woman who won't stop screaming obscenities and racial slurs. I feel sorry for the people who live in or around this place.
