DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE A CAR OR PLAN TO HAVE GUESTS. They will tow your car without a warning, even if they are a guest that's in the "guest parking" lot. If we had known how ridiculous the rules around parking were, we would have never moved here. It cost $500 to pick up a car on a Sunday morning, how utterly embarrassing to our guest that drove out to come visit us. Furthermore, the security administration won't even consider taking complaints to management. There's also hobos going through our garbage. Instead of towing our cars, a better use of their time should be spent focusing on the issues happening within the complex.

the parking is attrocious and limited, not to mention a hiking distance to your actual apartment. A local towing company makes a huge amount of money coming through and towing our vehicles for stupid infractions. ie: didnt put placard on rear view mirror when parked out of car port.
