Absolutely horrific experience. Will never use Reebelo again because of their connection with Upgrade Solution Inc. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 11 from Reebelo, fulfilled through Upgrade Solution. They sent me an iPhone xR instead. Went through a lot of hassle and lack of communication for two weeks. Didnt know if I was getting a refund or new phone. Finally got sent an iPhone 11. Got around to setting it up today and, although I ordered a Verizon-compatible phone, I was sent an AT&T phone. They had covered the AT&T sticker with a Verizon sticker!!! So shady! Took it to Verizon and they confirmed it was locked to another carrier. Unreal!! Do NOT buy from these sheisters!

I purchased a refurbished item and it didn't work.so i took it back to the store for a refund. I email upgrade and they couldn't refund me my money although the item was returned to vendor. I gave them the tracking number also and it still isn't returned as of 12/27/2023. I was very dissatisfied because it was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter.

Horrible experience, the seller sent an iPhone on an envelope yes on yellow envelope on the slowest shipping service they have..Of course USPS lost the envelope, and the seller ghosted me. This store is shady.dont waste your time.
