        Inside this store they have you the customer call their USELESS 800 numbers staffed by ignorant agents who transfer your calls off the Continent of North America to all the wrong people who can never help you with what you’re calling about, something the 800 number agents have done for FIFTEEN YEARS. Get your act together, T-Mobile! I certainly won't be returning to this store again. Coming here on 10/2/2020 was just as USELESS as calling the 800 numbers!
